吉能国际能源有限公司首个绿色矿山分布式光伏发电项目于近日开工
2022年11月1日，晴空万里，阳光明媚。上午9时30分，随着一声声礼炮和一阵阵掌声，河北华澳绿色矿山分布式光伏发电项目（以下简称本项目）举行了隆重而热烈的开工仪式。张北县能源局领导张文惠先生、项目业主单位河北华澳矿业开发有限公司总经理约翰先生、项目建设单位吉能国际能源有限公司副总裁兼项目公司总经理田延贵先生及监理单位、设计单位、施工单位等相关人员齐聚一堂，共襄盛举。

Hebei Hua Ao Green Mine Distributed Photovoltaic project was holding its break-ground ceremony 9:30 in the morning. Mr.Zhang Wenhui the leader of Zhangbei County EB, Mr.John GM of Hebei Hua Ao（the owner unit), Mr. Tian Yangui Deputy GM of GNIN(the project owner) & GM of project company and the relevant personnel from supervising unit, design unit and constructing unit all gathered together.
本项目是吉能国际能源有限公司（以下简称吉能国际）首个开工建设的绿色矿山光伏发电项目，也是首个将自己的高科技实用新型专利技术运用于光伏发电实用场景中的项目，其科技含量与示范效应都非常好。

“十四五”是河北省实现碳达峰、碳中和工作目标的关键时期，工业矿业与新能源产业作为本地区经济发展的支柱产业，必将以绿色采矿、绿色用能实现融合发展。同时，张北县县域有着丰富的土地、光照资源；业主方又有着充分的合作意愿。吉能国际审时度势，快速决定对本项目进行投资建设，于2022年7月21日与业主方签署《合同能源管理合同》后，立即成立项目公司投入本项目运作。按照“国网绿电交易实施细则”实施绿电供应，共同打造河北省首个真正意义的“绿色矿业、绿色发电、智能配网”示范项目，同时也为业主方华澳矿业的生产供应可再生绿色能源。

GNIN judged the situation and quickly agreed to invest in this project. Then established the project company without hesitation after signing the"Contract Energy Management Contract" with Hebei Hua Ao on July 21, 2022. Under the "State Grid Green Power Trading Implementation Rules", GNIN will put in place the green power supply, jointly build the first truly meaningful "green mining, green power generation and intelligent distribution network" demonstration project in Hebei Province, and also supply renewable green energy for Hua Ao Mining.
本项目充分利用了河北华澳矿区的1#、2#尾矿库进行建设，设计光伏安装容量为6MWp。同时，整个项目基于吉能国际拥有的实用新型专利（名称：一种基于飞轮与化学电池组合的储能系统，专利号为ZL 2022 2 0017065.7）配套建设200kW/125kWh飞轮储能及100kW/200kWh磷酸铁锂电池储能系统，本期一次建成。此项专利技术应用所带来的效果是，与传统的仅配备电池储能的光伏发电相比，本项目所建设的配备飞轮与化学电池混合储能的光伏发电系统，不仅具备消峰填谷的调峰能力，而且还具备一定的类似于火力发电或水力发电的调频能力，具有供电持续稳定、电能品质优良、电网或用户易消纳等优点，是未来电网（或用户）友好型光伏发电的发展方向之一。
This project makes extensive use of the 1# and 2# tailings ponds in the Hua Ao mining area of Hebei Province for construction, and the designed capacity is 6MWp. At the same time, the whole project bases on the utility model patent owned by GNIN (An energy storage system based on the combination of flywheel and chemical battery, patent number ZL 2022 2 0017065.7) coupling with the construction of 200kW/125kWh flywheel energy storage and 100kW/200kWh lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system, which was completed once in this phase. Comparing with the traditional photovoltaic power generation equipped only with battery energy storage, the photovoltaic power generation system equipped with flywheel and chemical battery hybrid energy storage built by this project not only has the peak regulation capacity of peak elimination and valley filling, but also has a certain frequency regulation capacity like thermal power generation or hydropower generation, which has the advantages of continuous and stable power supply, excellent power quality, easy consumption by power grid or user, etc., which is one of the development directions of future grid (or users) friendly photovoltaic power generation.
