2022年11月1日，晴空万里，阳光明媚。上午9时30分，随着一声声礼炮和一阵阵掌声，河北华澳绿色矿山分布式光伏发电项目（以下简称本项目）举行了隆重而热烈的开工仪式。张北县能源局领导张文惠先生、项目业主单位河北华澳矿业开发有限公司总经理约翰先生、项目建设单位吉能国际能源有限公司副总裁兼项目公司总经理田延贵先生及监理单位、设计单位、施工单位等相关人员齐聚一堂，共襄盛举。

Nov 1, 2022 was a sunny day with clear skies. In warm applause with guns thundered out a salute. Hebei Hua Ao Green Mine Distributed Photovoltaic project was holding its break-ground ceremony 9:30 in the morning. Mr.Zhang Wenhui the leader of Zhangbei County EB, Mr.John GM of Hebei Hua Ao（the owner unit), Mr. Tian Yangui Deputy GM of GNIN(the project owner) & GM of project company and the relevant personnel from supervising unit, design unit and constructing unit all gathered together.

本项目是吉能国际能源有限公司（以下简称吉能国际）首个开工建设的绿色矿山光伏发电项目，也是首个将自己的高科技实用新型专利技术运用于光伏发电实用场景中的项目，其科技含量与示范效应都非常好。

It is Jineng International Co.. Ltd (GNIN)’s first Green Mine Distributed Photovoltaic Project under construction. GNIN also equips it with high-tech utility model proprietary technology for the first time. The project is in dense technology content and massive demonstration effect.

回顾本项目从签约到立项，从完成备案到开工建设的历程，无不处处体现着吉能人脚踏实地、勤勉细致的工作作风和与时俱进、灵活应变的聪明才智。
In retrospect the project from signing, approval, record completion to construction, without the sureness, diligence and maneuvered of GNINs nothing would have achieved.
